We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen display differences.

Payment

We accept payment via Paystack (Mastercard, Visa, and other supported methods) and Bank Deposit.

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation.

For bank deposits, orders will be held for 48 hours pending payment confirmation. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order may be cancelled.

  • Paystack securely processes your local currency and automatically converts it to NGN.

🇳🇬 For Nigerian Customers

Please select "Pay with Transfer" at checkout.

  • Paystack instantly generates a unique, temporary bank account number for your order.
  • Open your bank app, transfer the exact total to that account, and your order is confirmed automatically within seconds.
  • ⚠️ Please make manual transfers to the bank account number if shopping for hairs. 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Nigeria and to select international destinations.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, logistics delays, etc.).

Bandage City is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
