Online Store Terms

Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen display differences.
Payment
We accept payment via Paystack (Mastercard, Visa, Verve, American Express) and Bank Transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation. For bank transfers, orders will be held for 48 hours pending payment confirmation. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order may be cancelled.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, our trusted payment gateway. We accept: Mastercard, Visa, Verve, and American Express. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled securely by Paystack. If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank before reaching out to us.

🌍 For International Customers — Please select "Pay with Card" at checkout. Accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express issued anywhere in the world. No Nigerian bank account needed. Paystack securely processes your local currency and automatically converts it to NGN.
🇳🇬 For Nigerian Customers — Please select "Pay with Transfer" at checkout. Paystack instantly generates a unique, temporary bank account number for your order. Open your bank app, transfer the exact total, and your order is confirmed automatically within seconds. ⚠️ Please only make manual transfers to the bank account numbers if shopping for hairs.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Nigeria and to select international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, logistics delays, etc.). Bandage City is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
