Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria) We ship to all states across Nigeria. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and typically take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
